Shipping & Returns

Here at Craftywitch Limited we like to keep things simple. If you do receive faulty goods or wish to return any item, please contact us immediately. We can be contacted via e-mail at returns@craftywitch.co.nz

Free Shipping - All orders over $200.00 + GST are automatically shipped free. This applies to orders in NZ only.

Delivery & Cost -
All products will be shipped as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.

Returns - Please find our pre-printed returns address with your order. For your protection, we recommend that you get a certificate of posting, available free from the Post Office, which will enable you to claim should the goods be lost or delayed in the post. Craftywitch Limited will not accept responsibility for any goods until we receive them.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 working days start from the day after you receive the goods. If you do exercise the right to cancel, we will refund your money within 30 days of the cancellation. Items returned for exchange will be dispatched via standard post.

Products must be returned within 14 days after dispatch. After this, it is at our discretion.

Customs and duty - Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be
